This study's goal is to investigate the effects of employee training and engagement on workers' performance, with organizational commitment acting as a bridging variable. Data for this study was gathered quantitatively from employees in one supply chain company Indonesia. Employing probability sampling approach sample technique. Path analysis employed data use analytic program SPSS. The findings include significant positive relationship between commitment, training, performance. Training has very favorable impact staff Organizational an employees' all have anticipated be utilized resource thought, sharing concepts, introduction alternative solutions issues businesses pertaining that are beneficial enhancing It will enhance worker performance eventually aid accomplishment corporate objectives.
